About this inspector

Andy is a fully qualified builder who has been in the industry for over 20 years working in his family business. Andy has been involved in the Christchurch rebuild, working on hundreds of earthquake-damaged homes for EQC and major insurance companies including his own home. Andy has also built new architectural energy efficient homes. Living on a lifestyle block just out of Christchurch city with his wife and two daughters, Andy is close to his other passions which are hunting and fishing. When not working or tending to the block, you’ll find Andy down at the river with his two dogs, casting a line in the water for that perfect salmon. Furthermore, Andy is fully qualified and can also support with:

• Meth testing
• Asbestos surveying and testing
• Property condition assessments
