Gary Rimmer is a seasoned builder with over 30 years in the construction industry where he held a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) certification. His expertise spans a wide range of projects across residential builds. Gary has been a site manager on commercial projects for 11 years and fixed leaky buildings and reclad them. Gary worked as a shop fitter overseas in London and Sydney doing fit-outs for high-end apartments. Over his career, Gary has run his own developments and high-end renovations as well as maintenance of rental properties. Outside of work, Gary is a family-man with a passion for rugby. As a talented songwriter and musician, he also enjoys creating and performing music. Furthermore, Gary is fully qualified and can also support with:

• Asbestos surveying and testing
• Property condition assessments
