With over 20 years building experience and a trade qualified builder, Simon and his wife, Sarndra Spice, are the Licensees for Hawkes Bay and Poverty Bay for Property Compliance, Building Inspections and Asbestos Consultancy. Simon has 10 years + experience in the inspection industry.

With a growing team, Simon is proud of their 24-hour report turnaround times and professional approach to their clients. 

Outside of work Simon and Sarndra support their local communities in many fundraising initiatives fishing, family and fun.

About Sarndra

With over 20 years as a trainer and over 10+ years with the Betta brands alongside her husband, Simon Spice, Sarndra supports the Gisborne team, handling the administration and marketing initiatives working alongside I Am Hope and sponsoring many other charities and sports events in the areas.

Sarndra is a NZQA qualified trainer, always looking for ways to upskill and researching overseas trends to keep up with the ever-changing market.  

In her spare time, Sarndra loves to get out fishing and spending time with family.
