About Steve & Helen
Steve has an extensive background in the building and property sector having been a qualified builder for over 30 years. He is a certified property inspector that can also provide methamphetamine testing, Healthy Homes, tenancy, and end of tenancy inspections.
Steve’s wife, Helen, works alongside him as a certified Betta Building Compliance Inspector. Helen manages the administrative side of the business.
Outside of work, Helen and Steve enjoy spending time on their lifestyle block and keeping fit.

About Andy
Andy is a fully qualified builder who has been in the industry for over 20 years working in his family business.
Andy services both Mid-West Coast and Christchurch regions.
Andy has been involved in the Christchurch rebuild, working on hundreds of earthquake-damaged homes for EQC and major insurance companies including his own home. Andy has also built new architectural energy efficient homes.
Outside of work, Andy’s passions include hunting and fishing, down at the river with his two dogs, casting a line in the water for that perfect salmon, as well as getting to the West Coast regularly.
Furthermore, Andy is fully qualified and can also support with:
