About Alan

Before becoming an Asbestos testing consultant, Alan had a long career in the building industry, including 25 years as a self-employed builder constructing both residential and commercial buildings. He has advanced building qualifications and worked for three years for a large residential housing company. 

Outside of work, Alan enjoys hanging out with his family and friends. Alan plays squash, tennis and badminton plus enjoys a range of outdoor pursuits including boating, fishing, diving, swimming, hunting, motorbikes and travel.
