Terri was born and raised in Nelson and has worked in various customer service roles. She grew up with a father who owned a building company, which has gifted her with sound knowledge of the industry. Terri has great attention to detail which results in her work being very thorough.

The Healthy Homes standards aim to improve the quality for rental properties so that the nearly 1.2 million New Zealanders that rent in New Zealand have warmer, drier homes. 

The Healthy Homes standards aim to close the quality gap between rental properties and owner-occupied homes, so the nearly 600,000 households that rent in New Zealand have warmer, drier places to call home. 

About Alan

Before becoming an Asbestos testing consultant, Alan had a long career in the building industry, including 25 years working as a self-employed builder. Alan holds advanced building qualifications and spent six years in construction management and three years working for a large housing company.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys time with family and friends. He plays squash, tennis, badminton and enjoys a range of outdoor pursuits including boating, fishing, diving, swimming, hunting, motorbikes and travel.

Furthermore, Alan is fully qualified and can also support with:
