About Wayne

Wayne brings a huge amount of property experience to the team, having spent considerable time in the building industry in various roles. Wayne started his building apprenticeship in 1975 then spent the next few decades working as a carpenter and went on to start up his own building construction company working on residential and light commercial properties. This has meant that Wayne has a vast amount of knowledge of the industry for whatever your property needs may be. He also has plenty of experience within the pre purchase and pre-sale inspection and has spent time as a Body Corporate Committee member so knows the ins and outs of various property arrangements. 

Outside of running a successful Betta license he enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors mountain biking or cruising through Wellington’s bustling city on his motorbike.

About Randall

Our inspector Randall is based in Wellington and is a fully qualified builder, carpenter and building inspector. Randall has years in the building industry working on all aspects of residential construction, offering his substantial experience and knowledge to share. Because of his tenure in building and carpentry, Randall has worked towards coming a licensed building practitioner and has a New Zealand trade certificate in carpentry. 

Furthermore, Randall is fully qualified and can also support with:
